职位描述
Position Summary
Implement and Drive the Staffing Strategy and Staffing Process. Lead Recruitment for the region and Involve in recruitment and internal talent movement. Assist Corporate in implementing Staffing System and Global staffing initiatives.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and introduce the Staffing Best Practices into China region, improving hiring process and quality of hire, introducing better recruitment techniques and improving interviewing competencies in hiring Managers.
2. Develop different strategy for filling in different level positions for the region, develop yearly Headcount Plan in the region.
3. Responsible for leading the recruitment of leadership (strategic positions), early talent/development programs (university/professional events) and functional and operation area needs (HR, Service, Sourcing, Finance, Engineering, etc.)
4. Partner with Regional, Sector and Corporate Talent Directors to assist in managing the Earlier Talent Development Program
5. Assist Corporate with the selection and implementation of enterprise-wide staffing tools, such as applicant tracking and global job posting system. Serve as subject matter expert for company.
6. Provide daily HR support to commercial business leaders including staffing, C&B, employee relation, orientation, termination, communication and training & development.
