岗位要求：

1.机械类专业毕业，大专及以上学历，三年以上企业相关经历。
2.熟悉TPM，善于进行日常设备的提前养护工作，降低设备突发故障率。
需有热处理设备维修相关经验。
3. To be familiar with ISO, AS, QS and TS system and good mastery of MSA, SPC and VDA6.5.
熟悉ISO，AS，QS，和TS质量体系；熟悉掌握MSA，SPC和VDA6.5；
4. Good computer skill with office working experience.
具有办公室工作经验，熟悉基本电脑操作；
5. Must have the ability to report for work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with co-workers, understand and follow rules and procedures and accept constructive criticism.

职位描述：

1. 6-month training in Wuxi.On board in Jinan 6-month later.

在无锡培训6个月，6个月后在济南任职。

2. To assist equipment installation and commissioning
协助生产设施的安装和调试。
3. To take over equipment maintenance to make sure it operates smoothly
负责生产设备的维修、维护、保养，确保正常运行。
4．To assist the plan, design and construction of engineering programme
协助工程项目的规划、设计和施工管理。
5． To take over engineering and electric maintenance
负责工程、电力的工程维修和保养。
6． To take over training and implementation of equipment operation
负责围绕设备使用的相关培训的计划和执行。
7．To take over spare parts management
负责备品备件的管理。
8． To take over file management of equipment;
负责生产设备的档案管理。
9． Participate in pushing implementation of TPM;
参与推动TPM全面生产性维护的有效实施。
10． Participate in technical preparation and programme implementation of new engineering programme and participate in solving technical difficulties;
参与新的工程项目的技术准备和项目实施，实质性参与和解决工厂的技术难关。
11．To establish, train and implement regulation of own department;
负责本部门运作相关制度的建立、培训和执行。
12．To take over SHE in own department;
负责部门安全运作、环保和员工职业健康管理。
13．To take over team built of own department;
负责部门团队建设（岗位培训、绩效、遵章守纪、流动率）。
14．To take over 5S management of own area;
负责部门辖区的5S管理。
15．To take over fix assets and office stuff management in own area.
负责本部门所使用的固定资产和办公设施的管理。
