Principal Accountabilities:
1. Collect product quality data from customers,and work with vendor to issue FA or 8D report;
2. Review FA or 8D report and explain to customers;
3. Do onsite issues investigation and validation if required;
4. Evaluate the risk as the result of the failure or defect for the customers;
5. Take the lead to improve the chronic issues and/or repeatable cases from customers;
6. Build brand service reputation through professional issue resolution for customers.
7. Handle RMA issue;

Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree in electronics or electrical engineering;
2. At least 1 year working experience in electronics or electrical manufacturing plants;
3. With professional electronics/electrical component knowledge is preferred;
4. Familiar with quality management tools, i.e. 8D, SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP;
5. Good english skills;
6. Familiar with quality management system ISO9001/TS16949 or knowledge equivalent.
