职位描述
CRM communication:
- Work with line manager to make the EDM/SMS plan for LP;
- Work with agencies to make the EDM/SMS content and to track the KPI of the delivery quality;
- Defined the criteria of the customer master database;
- Keep improving the quality and efficiency of EDM/SMS sending;
- Responsible for special program or event related to CRM if there’s any;
CRM system operation support:
- In charge of CRM operation support process and performance management;
- Build knowledge based on CRM operation support issues;
- Handle all customer complaints timely and efficiently and provide support to users on CRM related issues;
- Bridge the smooth communications between point of sales and internal teams to ensure the customer satisfaction;
- Prepare operational reports, to create strong monitoring & tracking of all CRM related reports - by working with IT system and external vendors;
CRM system master data management:
- Master data creation and maintenance;
- Measure data quality and initiate improvement actions;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree above, at least 3-5 years of experience on managing CRM program, directly manage outsourcing EDM/SMS agency is a plus - Customer-centric and result oriented - Have passion for fashion products;
- Good project management skill;
- Clear and structured communication skill;
- Good team player, detail oriented and be able to work under pressure;
- Result oriented with high degree of ownership and self-motivation;
- Experience in retail marketing will be a big plus;
- Proficiency in English (writing and speaking)
