职位描述
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1.To analyze Chinese and global apparel consumer market
2.To analyze the competitor’s product in terms of assortment structure and selections:
*to track updated Competitor's List
*to track Competitor's Collection Structure, Phases of movement in trade zone, Product Life Cycle
3.to analyze collection “internal” and “external” sales:
*to track Sales Phases in China
*to track Competitor's Actions (Celebrations, events) with detailed record of features, formats, designs, layouts, decorations etc.
4.to investigate and present local market reviews and product attributes for PD team
5.to track competitors' prices for relevant product groups
6.to be able to identify styles from Ostin existing collection with predictable and potential good sales in the Chinese market and to coordinate and agree such assortment with Cat Man and PD teams in HQ ( Moscow)
7.to organize Goods movement
*to adapt and execute Allocation plan according to the local practices
*to adapt and execute goods movement from store to Distribution Center
*to organize Store-to-Store goods movement
Minimum qualifications and requirements are:
*Deep commercial knowledge pf the Chinese apparel market.
*Ability to convert international trends to Chinese perception with respect to Ostin brand positioning, image and Product identification.
*Product – specific identification skills from the point of the Chinese textile end consumer market
*Strong knowledge and understanding of men/women product lines.
*Capability to identify “must have” and “avoid” product in terms of style direction and product specific like design, colors, and finishes.
*Preferable minimum 3-year experience as a retail buyer in related area (apparel business) with a proven record.
*Passionate about fashion but with a strong understanding of commodity market values.
*Organizational, time & business management, negotiation skills.
*Readiness to frequent business trips, overtime work, if necessary.
*Good command of English, valid passport for overseas travel Client orientation, ability to work in a team.
