职位描述
Principle Objective:
Work closely with Product Manager to support marketing campaign operations and competitor intelligence tracking and analysis.
Accountabilities:
A. Support marketing campaign operations
1) Prepare competitor analysis in products, prices, promotions, consumer insights, communication, etc. to ensure a successful product launch.
2) Provide campaign tracking as per the success metrics.
3) Sales data tracking in sell-in and sell-out.
4) Stock / category monitoring.
B. Support competitor intelligence tracking
1) Collect and update beauty market intelligence upon business needs on a regular basis:
- Launch/NPD tracking: Whitening/Anti-Aging/Hydration/Body
- Monthly competitor name/price/product claim tracking
- Monthly competitor products/brand positioning and concept tracking.
- Monthly competitor promotion/trade activities/CRM tracking.
- Extracts data from Beaute Research when necessary
Qualifications
A highly confident self starter with clear plan in his/her career path.
Good analytical and conceptual thinking.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good MS skills.
Good English in written.
The person needs to set high standards for herself and display integrity in her work. She is an achiever who will always challenge for the good of self-improvement.
Education:
University Degree, preferably from top universities major in marketing related area.
