Responsibility

? Define control plan and product SPEC together with related department
? Implement control plan
? Define QA and QC for the plant
? Help suppliers to set control equipment and to manage quality
? Report all defects according to severity on relevant documents
? Give detailled control report to Coordinator for eventual decision on concessions
? Check and inform hierarchy about working conditions "ethical" problems
? Coordinate test with related person
? Installs statistical sampling processes
? Improves and monitors inspection processes
? Writes inspection procedures
? Specifies inspection and testing equipment
? Develops and evaluates data driven process controls
? Verifies and provides inspection samples and visual aids
? Helps formulate quality assurance policies
? Interfaces with product and process engineering
? Initiator of corrective action reports (8D) and coordinates follow-up
? Initiates quality document changes and updates
? Validates process improvements after corrective changes
? Maintain a fact-driven Supplier Performance Monitoring System
? Generate frequent reports related to supplier's quality system and performance
? Conduct Inspection when required.

Requirement
? 5 years working experience in mechanical field which concerning about metal or plastic parts final assembly, in QC.
? Knowledge of QA systems
? Live or willing to work in Dongguan
? Have final product inspection experience.
? Hands-on person.
? Knowing how to build product SPEC, working instruction
? Skillful at implementation in quality management tools
? Easy to get long but can insist his mind.
? English speaking ability.
