Responsibilities
? To develop and implement training programs for retail environments as well as “train-the-trainer” applications
? To manage training project pipeline efficiently and able to effectively allocate resources
? To be responsible for building certifications, developmental tiers as well as binding programs
? To be responsible for e-learning platform both strategically and tactically:
- Develop content
- Source for appropriate vendors and facilitate contract negotiations as necessary
- Manage vendors relationship
- Act as “enterprise administrator” to manage e-learning analysis, generate reports and make recommendations
? To determine training requirements by studying sales and marketing strategic plans and current sales result, conferring with Sales Associates, reviewing results of Trainer coaching and evaluating training effectiveness
? To be responsible for P&L of training fund allocation
? To utilize organizational behavior experience in order to diagnose and make recommendations for internal development programs, that will build and develop our sales leadership at all levels
? To facilitate classroom training if necessary
? To develop and execute product training programs for internal sales and customer service teams
? To facilitate internal communications through various mediums (electronic newsletter, internal memos, updates, etc)
? To travel up to 30% for both internal client meetings and to oversee trainings as necessary.

Requirements
? 7 - 10 years of training and instructional design experience
? Demonstrated success in training program development
? 3 years of project management experience a plus
? 5+ years of retail Sales training experience
? Leadership experience and coaching ability
? Proven ability to develop and maintain e-learning platform. Must demonstrate experience with developing e-learning courses for both standalone training and for inclusion in a larger, comprehensive training programs
? Understanding of how to leverage social networking as a communication tool within an e-learning environment
? Ability to translate training theory and structure to the Brand’s current retail environment; conceptualize future changes and strategy to scale as the organization changes
? Experience with studio and video simulation
? Ability to take a “hands-on” management approach to ensure deliverables
? Constantly equipped with new brand knowledge and latest training tools
? Good sense of humor and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
? University degree required, preferably in a related discipline
? Expertise with relevant tools: The entire Microsoft Office Suite, E-Learning authoring tools
? Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
