Major Responsibilities:

1. Coordination with forwarder, local broker, production planner, and warehouse on daily operation from import, export, transportation and delivery;
2. Monitor the delivery scheduling of sales order and import, export, transportation tracking.
3. Interface closely with the customers and suppliers to ensure the delivery on time, and inform the change of schedules and deliveries and take effective measures;
4. Reduce the logistic cost including import, export and transportation;
5. Manage the Customs E-handbook;
6. Standardization of logistic practices and optimize process for continue improvement;
7. Import and Export document making and record filing and summarize monthly report for logistic cost.
8. Insurance claim if any damage or loss happen;
9. Summarize weekly/Monthly report of orders tracking status: bookings / shipments, Summarize the freight cost in details monthly.
10. Key user of ERP system;
11. Other duties/project as assigned by manager.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree prefer major in Logistic or Supply Chain
2. Highest personal integrity and commitment to delivery of result.
3. Have sense of urgency and dedication to work
4. Familiar with ERP systems (pref. QAD)
5. Professional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills required.
6. Must ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
7. Proficient with Microsoft office products - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
8. Must be fluent in English, verbal and written.
