Major Responsibilities:

1. To be responsible for the Master Schedule based on full understanding of the factory capability, customer requirements and order priority.
2. To monitor the execution of Master Schedule and update the Master Schedule according to the project orders/sales forecast, materials status, etc.
3. Achieves company target On-Time-Delivery to customers to gain customer satisfaction.
4. Make daily, weekly, monthly production plan, use the Kanban card in workshop.
5. Monitor the production progress in work shop and ensure the good performance against the plan.
6. Tracking production schedule with production order release, close in system.
7. Set up and review short term and long term production capacity, analyze and solve problems.
8. Communicate and cooperate with other departments closely especially the sales, production, manufacture, quality departments.
9. Interact with inter-company customers for orders placement, facilitate activities such sales forecast, generate customer reports, sales contract management and maintain customer database in system;
10. Coordinate with supply chain team and customer service for product availability and shipment;
11. Maintain close communications with customers, contract preparation, establishment, contract amendments, documentation delivery, etc;
12. Monitors and tracks order shipment and payment status;
13. Work/coordinate with sales team on forecasting, customer complaints, etc;
14. All other duties/project as assigned by manager.

Qualifications:
1. Good knowledge and experience for planning of manufacturing.
2. Highest personal integrity and commitment to delivery of result.
3. Have sense of urgency and dedication to work
4. Familiar with ERP systems (pref. QAD)
5. Professional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills required.
6. Must ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
7. Professional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills required.
8. Proficient with Microsoft office products - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
9. Must be fluent in English, verbal and written.
10. At least 3 years production planning experience
