Job Summary:

Ensure smooth import and export business and logistics provider control, duty free handbook handling for cost saving.

Key/Primary Responsibilities:

- Documentation preparation and customs clearance (link to Logistics service provider);
- Ensure all Import and export activities compliance relevant law and regulation. Follow up latest Import & export policy;
- Understand duty free Import & Export procedures, handle CC duty free handbook.
- Analyze, control and track the duty and freight for each shipment;
- Optimize the material transportation flow;
- Analysis, control and track the cost of duty and freight;
- Manage and coordinate with logistics service provider, monitor logistics service provider performance;
- Provide support to material planner/production/shipping to meet the OTD target;
- Coordinate with related dept. warehouse/planning/shipping/MM for handbook database collection and completion.
- Support related work with warehouse or other work assigned by manager.

Candidate Profile

Professional Experience:
- 2 years Customer Clearance handbook experience in manufacturing company is a must and working in automotive industry and international operations is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics service company or forwarder and shipping company, or other related.
- Experience in SAP is a plus.
- Sufficient knowledge of Import/export business trade and Customer Clearance procedure.

Personal Qualifications:
Proactive mind and quick learner;
Good analytical and communication skills.
Ability of problem solving and analysis proactively.


Education:
Bachelor degree or equivalent in International Trade or logistics background is preferred

Languages Requirement
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
