Key Responsibilities
? New sales and business development with key target prospects
? Lead generation and prospection
? Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, developing leads and conclude new business in challenging markets.
? Develop proposals, quotations, presentations and demonstrations.
? Contract negotiations
? Contribute to strategic planning in the selection of new business and opportunities
? Sales planning and reporting to Sales Director

Desired Skills and Experience
? Industry knowledge and existing network in Advertisement and PR Agency world
? Excellent communication skills, fluent in Mandarin, good in English
? Interest in social media and digital solutions
? Highly self-motivated and enjoys pressurized environments
? Excellent communication skills
? Able to deal with a broad range of people at every level
? Self-motivated, pro-active and able to take responsibility
? An astute negotiator
? Collaborative attitude and great sense of team spirit
? Collaborate with Account Management and Product Development
? Undertake research to identify opportunities and threats in the market place
? Attend networking events, trade exhibitions and promotional events to gather market information and promote the brand and venue
? Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times
? Experience with technical solutions, digital solutions and with social media is a plus
?Experience with event and project management.
