2.有独立开发配方和解决材料工艺问题的能力；
3.有独立开展项目的能力；
4.熟悉质量管理程序；
5.有良好的职业保密意识；
6.英语熟练；
7.熟练操作电脑。

Responsibilities
1.负责所有原材料的国产化工作；
2.负责新材料的试验，小试到最终批量生产的整个过程；
3.解决材料加工中的技术问题；
4.协助分析次品及皮带应用中的问题；
5.负责制定及更新材料工艺标准；
6.贯彻实施公司的环境方针、环境管理体系及紧急应变计划；
7.对新增化学材料进行评估分析，识别危害因素；
8.按公司要求使用适当的保护措施、安全装备，并提醒及纠正其他员工在工作中不安全、不恰当的行为
