岗位职责
1、负责所辖区域的产品销售任务;
2、负责销售区域内销售活动的策划和执行,完成销售指标;
3、开拓新市场,发展新客户,增加产品销售范围;
4、维护及增进已有客户关系;
5、完成部分技术支持工作,与客户进行技术交流;
6、负责收集市场和行业信息,加深了解。
任职资格
1、专科及以上学历,工科类相关专业;
2、3年以上销售工作经验,有外企销售工程师经历者优先;
3、熟悉该行业产品市场,有相应产品销售经验,了解主流行业技术;
4、具备较强的客户沟通能力和较高的商务处理能力,具有良好的团队协作精神;
5、学习能力强,有挑战精神。
Sales Engineer for Shandong area
ERNI has become an important player in China's connector market. With our excellent technology position in high speed backplane, board to board and I/O interconnect solutions, we cover multinational companies and local customers in Telecom and Datacom, Automation and Instrumentation, Medical Equipment, Automotive and Transportation etc.
Currently ERNI has sales offices in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Beijing, Wuhan, Shenyang, Nanjing and Chengdu. To expand our sales coverage, we are looking for a young professional to join as
Sales Engineers for Shandong area
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and maintain business with existing and new customers in the region.
- Provide technical support (presentation, design-in, spec-in, quality issue etc.) for customers and distributors
- Solve customer's technical issues by providing appropriate solutions for a wide spectrum of design challenges.
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate solution.
- marketing intelligence functions (market surveys, competitor information)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in engineering, communication or electronics
- Experience in the connector industry or in the industries for electromechanical or passive components
- Familiar with OEM Players in Telecom and Datacom or other Key Industries of ERNI
- Strong on cultivating/developing customer relationship.
- Good communication skills in Chinese (spoken and written); able to speak and write English
- PC skills
- Responsible, earnest, honest, initiative, Teamplayer
The position will report to our sales office in Shanghai. It includes responsibility for all customers in Shandong province.
