职位描述

Main Responsibilities:
- Keep business growth, Build strong relationship between customer and WABCO
- Reach AOP target
- AR collection on time
- Insure new project win rate
- Improve FC accuracy
- Contract review
- Warranty communication
- Implement VOC process
- Drive and improve customer satisfaction
- Extend relationship(customer partnership, etc)
- Drive and support key initiatives
- Transfer customer needs, requirement and expectations into the organisation

Requirements:
- 5 years working experience, preferred in Marketing&Sales Field
- Minimum requirements e.g. years of experience in certain industries, functional role etc
- Excellent commercial vehicle control / automotive product knowledge (WABCO preferable)
- Bachelor/master degree in engineering related discipline
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Business acumen
- Intimate customer knowledge
- Structured approach
