Responsibilities职责：

To maintain the environment of material laboratory and ensure it in compliance with the management requirement of Quality and EHS system.

维护实验室的环境，确保满足质量，环境和健康管理体系的要求。

Take charge of the daily maintenance and regular calibration of all test equipments.

负责试验所有设备的日常维护保养以及定期校准。

To be responsible for preparation of work instruction of all test equipments and ensure the proper usage.

负责所有试验设备操作指导书的准备，并确保所有设备的正确使用。

Conduct the preparation before test, such as:

负责所有测试前的准备工作，比如：

Cutting, mounting, polishing of specimen; 样件的切割，镶嵌，磨抛等；

Samples control and traceability. 样件的管理和追溯。

Conduct tests, such as material analysis for chemical element, mechanical property, etc.

负责测试工作，比如材料成分分析，机械性能试验等。

To ensure the reliability of the analysis process, report and documentation.

确保整个分析过程， 报告以及文档的准确可靠。

To be responsilbe for proper disposal of waste.

负责废弃物的正确分类和处理。

Other temporary tasks assigned by the leader.

上级交办的的其他工作。

Qualification Required任职资格要求：

Education学历

Bachelor degree or above, metal material relative major.

金属材料相关专业，本科及以上学历。

Skills技能

Knowledge in the metal material test such as:

具有金属材料测试相关知识，比如：

Sample preparation; 样件准备；

Chemical element analysis; 成分分析；

Mechanical property test and analysis; 机械性能测试和分析；

Hardness test and analysis (HB, HV, HR); 硬度测试和分析；

Metal material test theory and method. 金属材料试验的理论和方法。

Basic knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 QMS.

了解ISO/TS16949 质量管理体系。

Good English or German communication skill both in oral and written.

良好的英语或德语书写和沟通能力。

Experience工作经验

Minimum 5 years quality management experience in manufacturing industry, hereinto at least 3 years in metal material analysis.
