Responsibilities职责：

Supervise and train subordinates according to company regulations.

Deploy, motivate, train, co-ordinate, instruct, and evaluate subordinates.

Responsible for quality of production and complete daily production plan.

负责生产质量并能完成每天的生产计划。

Overcome manufacturing bottlenecks.

克服生产瓶颈。

Statistics failures and production problems, report to the superior, communicate with QD, TI, TPM, TL etc., and initiate purpose-leading activities.

统计生产中的故障和问题，及时汇报上级，和质量、工程、维修、物流等部门合作交流，并采取相应的措施及时处理车间问题。

Necessary equipment and tools request.

提交设备和工具需求申请。

Change over, adjust machine to produce different type work pieces, keep stable production quality.

产品换型，调整机床，加工不同型号的产品，保证产品质量。

Change tools, adjust and set program parameter after change over.

换型后，更换刀具、调整并设置新的参数,修改程序。

Control and supervise machines and tools.

监督生产所需要的所有机床和工具。

Register of daily production amounts in SAP.

在SAP系统中统计每天的生产量。

Lead the team to finish various targets and tasks on time and keep them in good quality and quantity.

带领团队,按时保质保量的完成公司安排的各项任务。

Responsible for cleanness, tidiness and job safety in the workshop.

负责车间的整洁、卫生和工作安全。

Supervise and realization of changes in the production.

监督并实现生产中的变化情况。

Assist in publicity and training of environmental safety for the department or responsible process.

协助本部门内或所负责的过程进行环境安全等方面的宣传和培训。

Assist in environmental safety monitoring and reporting of the department or responsible process.

协助本部门的或所负责过程的环境安全方面的运行监控和报告。

Comply with corporation rules and regulations strictly, obey the work assignment of the superior.

Qualification Required任职资格要求：

Min. Technical College， majored in mechanical engineering or CNC.

大专或以上学历，机械或数控相关专业毕业。

More than 5 years work experience in production and operating CNC Machines.

5年以上生产和CNC机床操作工作经验。

Understanding of technical drawings.

读懂技术图纸。

Read and speak English.

能用英文进行基本交流。

Available to work in three shifts.

可以三班倒。

Team work spirit.

Able to lead a team.
