Please note the position is based in 聊城阳谷

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for cables design, and ensure to meet with the international standards
* Verify the customer requirements and draw up specifications for new products or product modifications
* Operates the cables costing software tools, organize and perform test on new product development
* Cooperates with other functions and drive industrialization process for new products
* Provides technical support and contribute to new process development
* Assists in managing the materials suppliers
* Ensure a smooth hand over to the production teams after a product is passed for production

Requirements:
* At least 3 years of working experience in energy cables design
* Strong computer skills to operate cables design application software
* Good experience in developing new products
* Familiar with power cables standards
* Good understanding of PFEMA, 6 Sigma, SPC, etc., is preferred
* Good command of English proficiency, both spoken and written English
