Job Description
工作职责/ Key responsibilities:
1.Sources all buying rates based on data received from Sales or customer
协助销售代表询价
2.Creating & Tracking e-new business system per month
每月创建、跟踪e-new business报告
3.Prepares the formal quotation in standard document and sends directly to customer, cc Sales unless otherwise agreed
在销售代表确认的前提下给客户提交正式报价
4.Prepare the Handover report on daily base to avoid the missing cargo from final report
报价成功后，完成handover及自己内部跟踪记录
5.Looking for new potential customer by Cold-call if lane promote
拜访电话
6.Follow-up on Quotations for feedback
跟踪货物到港及报价
7.Other assignment from management team.

技能要求/ Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree, major in Logistics or Int’l trading related discipline,CET4;
大学本科及以上学历，物流和国际贸易相关专业，英语四级以上；
2.Working experience : at least 2 years cargo forwarder
至少两年货代经验。
3.Meticulous and responsible;
工作细致，责任感强；
4.Good communication skills, and independent problem-solving capability;
有良好的沟通能力，能够独立解决问题；
5.Good analytical skills and executive ability;
较强的分析、判断和执行能力；
6.Computer literate and excellent in Microsoft office, include Excel, Word etc;
熟悉计算机操作，精通Microsoft Office Excel, Word etc。
