-For our Infrasture &Cities Sector, we are looking for a Project Management Support in Guangzhou.
What are my responsibilities?
-Support project manager to reach the project targets in the project bidding and project execution phase, include the following main responsibilities:
-Bidding support
-Time-scheduling
-Material management
-Technical change Management
-Configuration management support
-Support with project manager in general tasks of project management
-Working Partners/Contacts:
-Internal: project team members, functional departments
-External: Customers, suppliers, external partners
Tasks:
-Bidding documents preparation and support in the bidding phase
-Order processing and material tracing
-Delivery process control, project schedule/deadline management
-Project change management
-Suppliers management in project execution phase
-Coordinate with customer, end user, partners and internal/external suppliers
-Support project manager for the routine project tasks
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Education:
-Bachelor degree or above, major in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Mechanical-Electrical engineering, preferable in Rolling stock.
Knowledge/skill:
-Electronic/Electrical engineering knowledge
-Project management process and method
-Knowledge of intercultural communication
-MS Office skill
-Good English skill with writing and oral communication
Experience:
-3-4 years experience in Electrical/Electronic engineering or Mechanical-Electrical engineering business areas, rolling stock experience is preferred
-1-2 years experience in project execution
Capabilities:
