Introduction
- For our HR Talent Acquisition team in Shanghai is looking for a Recruiting Consultant/Sr. Recruiting consultant in Shanghai. This position should work closely with hiring managers to identify the staffing needs. Fill the targeted headcounts for BG/CD; Talent market intelligence gathering and analysis. Channel and pipeline analysis and build up. Maintain talent pool.


What are my responsibilities?
- Work closely with hiring managers to clarify recruiting requisitions and ensure that all the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently to meet all assigned KPIs (Cycle time/ Recruitment Cost/ Offer Acceptance/ ERP/ % of probation passing etc ) and in accordance with company policies and standards.
- Coach researchers the strategy and methodology about CV screening and candidates sourcing through effective channels including proactive search, net working, internet postings, etc. for assigned postings. Actively search/source candidates (incl. CV screening) to provide shorter list for hiring managers.
- Interview (incl. coordination of interview arrangements) with hiring managers in an effective way to make hiring decision.
- Take initiatives to communicate with hiring managers about the recruiting status, provide complete and transparent analysis of recruiting status.
- Actively provide consultation for hiring managers about the recruitment strategy if necessary.
- Provide market intelligence in certain industry (e.g. competitors' ramp up plan, employer branding, recruiting and C&B bench mark, retention plan, etc.)
- Take full responsibility of offers (incl. offer proposal, issue offer letter, offer communication with candidates, etc.)
- Consistent utilization of E-recruiting in whole recruiting lifecycle.
- Build pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts. Work closely with HR Colleagues to establish/maintain talent pool that provides internal sourcing capability
- Leverage ERP/ Internal Hiring Process and ensure all the employees are fully aware of this program.
- Initiatively support Talent Acquisition team leaders / manager to collect the talent market intelligence in certain industry, e.g. ramp up plan, employer branding, recruiting and C&B bench mark, retention plan etc
- Buildup business knowledge, marketplace, legal and recruitment trends.
- Actively support HR recruiting programs / projects


What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Familiar with recruiting methodology and tools (Interview and assessment skills)
- Basic knowledge on labor market trends
- Familiar with recruiting process and related HR Tools
- Interview and assessment skills
- Understanding of Recruiting trends and dynamics, particularly within the Siemens focused industry
- Knowledge of business trends of business - Knowledge of HR related policies and laws. Understand business model (grasps the fundamental concepts of the business offering and the environment within which it operates)
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office, Outlook & Internet applications
- 3 years experience as recruiter either in house or in consulting firm (for Sr. position should at least 5 years experience)
- >1 years experience in multinational companies is required Education and Language
- Bachelor degree or above, major in automation, engineering, technical English or related.
- Good command of English both in speaking and writing
