Job Responsibility
Review contracts/documents pursuant to the applicable laws, the corporate policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain robust process to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Provide legal advice, corporate maintenance, and deal with other legal disputes / issues.
Support negotiation of business transactions.
Research on rules/regulations in the Asia Pacific region relating to Arrow’s business.
Conduct legal training to internal clients from time to time.
Participating in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Knowledge
Bachelor degree or above
Above 6 years working experiences in a multinational company or a reputable law firm
Qualified Chinese lawyer
Fluent in both oral and written English, skillful in legal documents translation
High work ethics and excellent communication skills.
