岗位职责：
1、 管理和协调团队日常工作，带领团队达成业绩目标，对部门的绩效负责；
2、根据催收工作的整体计划和上门催收任务，分析制定日常催收工作计划
3、 通过有效管理模式，定期稽核团队成员的工作进度；
4、 会根据不同性格和绩效的催收人员，运用不同的催收绩效管理模式，保持团队竞争力的高效性；
5、 有效控制团队的客诉及处理工作；
6、 思维缜密、积极主动、处事果断、抗压性好、具有出色的执行力、推动力，可以独立思考解决工作中面临的难题。
任职要求：
1.大专以上学历
2.具有两年以上催收工作管理经验
3.会培训员工，会带团队
