Responsibilities职责：

Arrang deliveries plan according to sales order.

根据销售订单安排发货计划。

Inform forwarding agent of deliveries.

通知运输商提货。

Daily contact with customers about deliveries status.

与客户方关于发货事宜的日常联系。

Collecting and issuing of delivery documents.

发货文档的管理。

Collecting and checking of delivery orders.

发货订单的管理。

Audit forwarding agent’s performance and take action to improve it.

运输商业绩的日常评审及改善。

Backup of import & export clerk.

协助进出口业务员的日常工作。

Delivery to painting subcontractor in SAP.

在SAP系统中管理对喷漆分包商的发货。

Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.

上级交办的为实现公司目标的其他工作。

Qualification Required任职资格要求：

Experience工作经验

1-2 years work experiance in delivery plan.

一至两年交货计划相关工作经验。

Education学历

College, major in foreign trade or logistics is preferred.

大专学历，外贸或物流专业优先。

Training培训

Trained in SAP.

接受过SAP培训。

Skills技能

- Basic knowledge in SAP, and good knowledge in MS Office.

了解SAP的基本操作，熟悉微软办公软件。

- Can read English.

具备英语阅读能力。
