Responsibilities:

？ Monitor and collect data of hotline, define actions and follow up with effectiveness;

？ Management of Field service;
？ Define visit plan for Field Service Engineers;

？ Management of the trainer especially as regards to improvement of the analysis ability of the service stations,help the customer and service station know our products, to prevent misjudgment and error claim;

？ Define and improve warranty claim process;
？ Complile and maintain related technical documentation;

？ Give fast response to customer's request of field service,resolve the problem by defining improvement actions,implementing the actions defined and following up with the result in the field of after-sales;
？ Handle emergencies in the field of after-sales;

Competencies:

Bachlor degree Electronic Engineering, or comparable education

Several years of experience in different field service functions and leadership experience
Ideally product know-how of instrument cluster and control units,etc

Lead improvement projects on methods and work mode of after-sales work;
Support process and product improvement projects;

Capability to work under high pressure and ability to leader others

Capability to work in different cultures
