Responsibilities:
* Guarantee the quality, cost and delivery time of products and services in line with legal and quality requirements
* Drives quality continuous improvement of reducing internal defect, customer claim and quality cost
* Responsible for the quality control of raw material, in-process and finished products
* Manages the exported goods, including review of customer requirement, customer audit, and customer
* Instruct and control the related inspection and testing work: review inspection, testing methods, production process to ensure the quality management system within the company to function effectively
* Develop and implement statistical and analysis system for non-conformity product, and CAR/8D issue and check system
* Responsible for quality planning during product and process development


Requirements:
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Familiar with ISO 9000
* Good understanding of the domestic & international standards of power cables
* Good knowledge of cables structure and cost analysis
* Good command of English proficiency
