岗位要求：

（1）5年以上工作经验，40岁以下；

（2）一直从事新药研发制剂工作，对国家政策法规有透彻了解，申报3-5个项目以上；

（3）负责新药研发制剂工作，统筹实验进展或主导新药研发的制剂工作，解决制剂相关问题。
