Responsibility
1.Inventory Control
2.Follow the established procedures and guidelines to check the inventory levels
3.Inventory Analysis
4.Prepare aged inventory reports and define action plans with sales offices to clear and prevent aged inventory
5.Stock Rotation
6.Execute stock rotation, scrap and non-conformance returns
Knowledge
1.University graduate in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Material Planning or related subject matter
2.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in material planning or inventory management
Skills
1.Strong analytical skills
2.Highly proficient in PC skills, able to handle a large number of transaction with high dollar values via computer terminal / system
3.Good communication skills in English and country specific language, able to work with internal and external parties of all level
4.Strong time management skills and priority setting
5.Strong customer service skills
