职位描述
Position: Head of BD & Marketing (Ref_No_1020)
Report to: Directly to CCO (Chief Commercial Officer), functional to CEO & COO
Location: Changzhou
Market insight
Responsible for keeping an overview over market trends, economic conditions and government policies which affect/might affect company’s business in the different business groups (BGs)
Compilation of competitor and customer data/information; develop and administer marketing database, which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, access to financial reports, etc.
Business Planning
Project member, sub-project manager, project manager for projects regarding:
Business reviews
Strategy development and deployment (including marketing strategy); translating business unit objectives and strategies to develop brand objectives, strategies and plans to facilitate business unit growth; deliver insightful presentations
Mergers and acquisitions
Generation of sales leads; engage with sales team members of different BGs into initial potential customer visits
Internal partners in this function: with General Management, BG Directors in China, BG SVPs/VPs, BG Marketing Staff, Corporate Development
Marketing
Manage and lead the team regarding all relevant marketing activities:
Design/budget, implement, facilitate and control annual marketing plans/budgets based on company General Management, BG requirements
Recommend and develop appropriate marketing channels
Trade fairs (selection, booking, booth design)
magazines directed towards customers, external stakeholders
Design and procurement of company / product presentations, brochures; edit materials according to specific market or customer requirements
Advertising / give aways
Employee magazine
Internal announcement / ad-hoc employee communication
Oversee maintenance of the -webside in Chinese language
Keep alignment with corporate design guidelines
A key internal partners in this function
Other project tasks
Project coordination of plant cross-functional cooperation projects or even cross-divisional cooperation projects; for some projects also project lead; ensure project documentation
Project member, sub-project manager for projects regarding the implementation of the China country organization
Support roll-out of “SalesForce”
Management
Build and develop a team which is competent, commercially astute, dedicated and efficient
Others
Planning and execution of events for internal and external customers / stakeholders
Organization/documentation monthly management meeting
Experience / Education
Min. 6-8 years working experience in marketing, sales, business development field (includes consultancies)
About 5 years management experience
Master degree preferred (Economics, marketing, international trade or similar)
Can navigate in matrix organizations
Personality traits/capabilities
Project management capabilities
Organizational skills
Excellent communication skills/ presentation and moderation skills
Analytical thought and action
Eager to excel/learn
High level English skills
