Purpose of the Position:岗位职能
This position is to provide quality assurance for the procurement group in buying fabrication and manufactured products from suppliers.

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Evaluate and develop suppliers’ performance in a systematic way;

2. Achieve cost reduction target;
实现成本降低目标
3. Ensure procurement work process in accordance with the quality, environment, safety & corporate compliance regulations;
确保采购工作流程符合质量，环境和安全要求和公司管理条例
4. Establish and maintain quality standard and enhancements as appropriate
建立、维护和改善质量标准
5. To be the focal person for assembly related quality and functional issues that stem from components being purchased for manufacturing.
关注产品的质量和功能符合要求，确保生产前使用的原材料符合标准
6. Ensure all production critical issues are resolved with suppliers in a timely manner, and corrective actions are implemented as appropriate
确保生产中的质量问题能够同供应商尽快解决，并建立相应纠正预防措施
7. Ensure ongoing supplier on-site evaluation is performed. This would be achieved by using information collected from Receiving Inspection, Customer Rejects, SCAR database and by liaison efforts with customer’s feedback. Performance evaluation will be reported to the supplier, and to the customer in written format

8. To perform inspection of components as per Inspection Plan and provide documentation for Statistical Quality Control.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering or supply chain management;

2. Knowledge of machinery assembly and machining

3. Good analytical and problem solving skills

4. Knowledge of SQC (Statistical Quality Control)
