【 岗位职责 】

1、负责公司前台接待，电话、传真接转。
2、协助业务人员做好各类文档的复印、扫描工作，对重要文件存档管理，收发公司的信件、包裹；
3、及时汇编更新员工的通讯方式，业务信息等；
4、协调安排公司会议时间，下发会议通知，布置会议室；
5、为公司人员预订火车票、飞机票；
6、负责员工考勤管理、统计；
7、协助上级购置办公设备、办公用品，负责发放及记录；
8、完成上级交付的其它相关工作内容

【任职要求 】

1、20以上岁女性，大专以上学历。工程管理、文秘或工程类、管理类相关专业；
2、熟练使用Word、Excel 、Photo draw 等办公软件；
3、熟悉后勤工作流程，熟练使用各种办公自动化设备；
4、具备基本的英语读写能力，能处理简单的英语邮件，管理公司的英语网站后台。
5、形象气质佳。工作热情细致，具有良好的沟通协调能力，性格开朗，待人热诚。


【 福利待遇 】

1.办公地点位于市区中心地段，环境优越，交通便利。
2.每天工作七个半小时。每周工作五天半。每月享受半天带薪短假。
