职位描述
Position: Quality Assurance Supervisor
Report to: Manager, QHSE & LSS
Subordinates: 3
Location: Shanghai, Jiading
Job Purpose:
? Responsible for update of quality system certification, monitoring key procedures' execution and implementation.
? Supervise quality engineers' routine work and check performance.
? Report to manager for QA system maintenance status.
Main responsibilities:
? Supervise quality assurance team's performance, train and improve individual's capability.
? Lead all QA activities, like certification updating, key procedures optimization, internal audit, management review and monitor procedures implementation.
? Develop quality control plan, FMEA, and inspection regulation.
? Timely and effectively to deal with quality feedback and follow up the corrective actions.
? Supervise the implementation of the quality assurance system for pressure vessels and improve it.
? Ensure the use of company asset efficiently, rightfully and carefully.
? Calculate and analyze the quality costs.
? Complete other tasks assigned by manager.
Language: Good command of English, both in Written and Oral
(Not fluent acceptable)
Education: Bachelor degree, preferred in Chemical Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering major.
Professional experience:
? 3-5 related working experience.
? Good command of English, both in Written and Oral.
? Excellent computer skill.
? Familiar with ISO9001, ASME quality system.
? Strong experience of monitoring quality system execution, familiar with workshop process.
? Prefer candidate who familiar with pressure vessel manufacturing ensurance process.
