Key Position Responsibilities:

1. Communication & Marketing Plans

• Work across all communications and sales channels to develop comprehensive communication strategies/plans for Industrial programs, as defined by the Regional Marketing Team
• Develop effective B2B marketing programs to build brand equity and demand in Industrial segments
• Develop and deploy technical marketing tools and product training to sales & distributor teams
• Develop insights through research on the targeted segments

2. Product Line Coordination

• Manage the product line portfolio of the business unit by evaluating and providing new products that are needed in the market.
• Work with the region channel mangers and product line management team to make recommendations to evolve the product line with market needs and opportunities in mind

3. Lead Management

• Manages lead generation and nurturing program, supporting acquisition of and relationship building with potential customers
• Develops and executes integrated direct marketing programs

4. Measurement & Performance tracking

• Track progress of key product & brand metrics/milestones
• Measure effectiveness of programs and communications using revenue based tools, market research and available market data.

Requirements

1. University/Bachelors degree holder preferably in Marketing

2. At least 5 years relevant brand/ marketing management experience, preferably from lubricants, commercial, industrial (mining, heavy equipment, construction) multinational companies

3. Experience in B2B and/or technical marketing

4. Fluent in English with strong business oral and written communication skills

5. Proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

6. Strategic thinking, planning, problem solving, results-orientation and team work are skills essential to the job
