Description

The agent is accountable for securing a stable IT environment (restricted to ONE and surrounding systems).

His/her focus is set on providing the super user / end-user a good support in concerns to ONE related issues.

He/she is the first line of contact for ONE related issues for super users or end-users within Supply.

He/she is to work according to a schedule which will allow 24*7 support for all end-users. This means that the agents will be working with on-call agreements in accordance with HR.

The agent has the whole of Supply as his working field and is to provide support for all ONE related issues (password not included).

The agent has one business day to register and get back to the end-user /super user in regards to severity 3-4 issues (this only includes registering and analysing, time for solving the issue not included).

For high severity issues, action is to be taken immediately, working according to set-up support structure with Supply's IT suppliers.

The agent is accountable for securing continues updates to the super user / end-user in concerns to ongoing tickets.

Qualifications

Good knowledge of SAP specifically the modules: SD, PP, MM, WM, QM, RMS, IM, PS and external modules: APO, SNC and BW.

Good Supply process knowledge.

Knowledge of the explicit system solutions at the different sites within Supply.

Local know how.

Good knowledge of the ways of working within Supply (which transactions are used for what, which actions are critical, impacts etc...)

People oriented, good communication skills.
