Position: Regional BD
Report to: Regional Sales Manager, Beijing
Location: Shanghai/Kunshan/Beijing

Responsibilities:

To develop market in a well defined application area
To promote special grades and products in order to create business opportunities
To provide seminars to customers and participating national and international conferences and presenting papers
To work closely with cluster/segment personnel
To provide technical support for major projects as well as for daily works
To provide internal trainings
To give full support to local sales and find business opportunities to achieve results that support company goals

Education:University degree in engineering or commercial
Language:Good command of oral and written English; and Chinese (Mandarin)

Professional experience:

Minimum 8 years working experience in either a sales, metal production, engineering design and major industries
Commercial experience preferably in sales of stainless steel products

Core Competencies:

Good knowledge about the Chinese market e.g applications, customers, end-users, and industry segments
Working knowledge and experiences of giving presentations for large audience
Experiences in arranging seminars both internal and external
Proactive, detail-orientated and responsible working attitude
Willingness to spend a significant amount of time participating conferences and exhibitions and visiting design institutes and engineering companies
Well organized, with ability to prioritize tasks appropriately
