PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Receives general instructions and information from the Plant Manager regarding plant policies, production levels and long range plans. Takes action to ensure that the work of the plant Maintenance groups are properly planned to meet present and future needs. Participates as a member of the Strategic Team to assist in the development of long-range plant goals and strategies.
2. Recognize and comply with the company safety culture, Implement the MMSR 400 in plant running, Bring the maintenance team to reach the safety target; Guide and manage maintenance team members to perform in line with company EHS policy request; Bring efficient response and strong support to plant EHS management as the involved member.
3. Continuously improve the department processes, supporting corporate initiatives such as World Class maintenance. Act as the site champion for these processes implementing strategies, tracking and reporting progress. Support the Quality department in the resolution of ISO & GMP non-conformities in a timely manner.
4. Provides direction to Maintenance in the repair, upkeep inspection, of all plant equipment and buildings, and in the installation of equipment and buildings. Support effective Asset Utilization through an active Reliability Improvement program. Assures the availability of materials and equipment to maintain plant operations through a maintenance storeroom while minimizing Inventory carrying cost.
5. Directs the preparation of cost estimates for maintenance and minor installation work, designs and layout for the installation of equipment, services and buildings; specifications for equipment and materials; and industrial engineering studies for the purpose of improving the efficiency and lowering the cost of maintenance and Operations downtime & cost. Insures that approved construction, installation, replacement and maintenance projects are carried through to completion with established company engineering practice, standards, and cost limitations.
6. Responsible for maintaining plant maps and drawings up-to-date, and for physical surveys of company property.
7. Owning rich experience in project management is preferable.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent subject.
8 + years experience in maintenance and project management in manufacturing factory.
Recognize and comply with the company safety culture and strictly follow EHS policy and procedure.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, good leadership and problem solving ability.
Have a good command of oral and written English
Extensive computer experience ( MS Office, Outlook, excel, PPT) and SAP experience.
