Key Account Manager-汽车胶水,涂料
Report to: Sales Director
Responsible for
Managing the relationship with client to maximize supply share and GP
Leading on-site service engineers to complete work at client’s company
Gaining a dominant supply position for all product categories we sell to the account while reaching profit targets
Managing bidding process
Organizing and managing the on-site service engineers in order to complete task as client required
Understanding customer’s installations requirements to optimize products performance
Collecting the on-site usage information and client’s inventory information for products to develop accurate forecast
Pro-actively sharing information with other KAM at same account around the globe
Taking charge of data record and description for the on-site problems from clients
On-side problem solving and reporting to Technology. Quality departments if the problem can’t be solved
Keeping contact with different departments of client to secure existing business and understand future needs
Assistance with Technology and Quality Department for product test and trials
Collecting competition information
1 YP, 3YP, Monthly report per requirements
Supervision of on-side service engineers for the safety matters, compliance with client and policies
Staff development
Key Skills: Perseverance, interpersonal skills, self-confidence, energy, good English
