工作职责：
Responsibility：
1、电缆工艺制作、机器及维护方面的内容；
2、为与生产工艺有关的各种比较复杂和不寻常的问题提供解决方法；
3、进行有关设备、工艺改进、降低费用的研究，并为管理层提供数据；
4、培训所有操作人员正确的维护并操作已有的设备及新购设备。

资格要求：
Eligibility Requirements：

教育背景：
-电气、机械或工业工程专业专科以上学历。
经 验：
-5年以上工艺设计或制造工程方面的工作经验

技能技巧：
-具有良好的机械和工艺知识；
-熟练使用AutoCAD等软件，
-了解生产作业管理、产品知识、项目管理、生产工艺等基本知识；
态 度：
-工作积极主动、学习能力强；
-工作认真负责、有较强的责任心、能吃苦耐劳；
-有良好的团队合作精神，敬业精神。
