Description
The Role
To lead and monitor the Project Finance function in Project Management Office so as to make sure the function is well set up and administered.
The Job
- Perform Project Financial Planning and Control
- Understand Ericsson processes, guidelines and rules from Sales to Delivery cycle
- Defines roles and responsibilities within the function
- Cooperate with Sales Manager, Project Manager and Project Controller
- Ensure proper maintenance of finance information and analysis
- Assist in month end closing and KPI monitoring
- Analyze competence gaps and training needs, and plan development actions as well as perform resource forecasting.
Qualifications
- Degree or above in Finance or Accounting with HKICPA Finalist or above qualification
- 3~5 years solid experience in commercial field with 2 years experience in supervisory level
- Proficient in SAP
- Strong in IS/IT skill (Microsoft office - Excel, Powerpoint & Word, etc.)
- Good analytical and problem solving skill
- Independent, responsible and able to work under pressure
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Immediately available preferred.
