职位描述
Scope of the Work:
Lead and manage quality team and procument team, drive continuous improvement of the entire quality system, coordinate and drive the implementation of procument Operation system to meet company defined milestones
Key Responsibility
1 Coordinate and supervise the work of the quality department and procument department
2 Drive quality improvement programs at supplier quality, production quality & customer quality
3 Continuous improvement of the quality system, drive problem resolutions and preventions
4 Ensure relevant product standards and regulatory requirements are followed in the plant
5 Lead procument program and implementation of continuous improvements in achieving business performance targets
Qualifications & Compentencies
Education: A recognized bachelor degree or above, mechanical background is preferred, MBA is desirable
Work experience: A minimum 6 years experience, preferably multinational corporation, with at least 3 years in 6-sigma/Lean or quality supervision or related responsibilities, experience at manufacturing site is highly preferred
Other Requirements:
Good command of English and Mandarin;
Excellent skills on communication, coordination, problem solving;
Self motivated, proactive, personal energy to welcome and deal with the speed of change and can work under pressure;
Preferred working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 6sigma, Control Plan, and quality systems including ISO9000 and QS9000/TS16949;
Familiar with MS-Office(Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
