职位描述
? Provide the technical supports to customers including product qualification and application.
? Perform product demos to customers, provide the on-site support if necessary.
? Provide technical and safety training to customer on operation and material handling.
? Provide the guidance on the product specifications, package requirements, transportation and storage regulations.
? Participate in the quality management and improvement for customer satisfactory.
? Analyze the industry technology trend vs the competition, assist in the business strategy development.
? Identify the market requirements for current and future products based on in-depth communications with customers.
? Analyze potential partner relationships for the development program.
? Understand and define the new applications of existing products.
? Conduct the internal technical trainings, support in the public technical seminars.
? 5+ years of hands-on experiences with MOCVD, CVD or ALD technologies
? 5+ years experiences as technical manager, technical support manager and/or engineer
? 3+ years experiences of product management, demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
? Direct working experiences in semiconductor/PV fabs is a plus, working experiences in LED fabs a strong plus
? Experiences in R&D is a plus
? Experiences in Sales and Marketing field is a plus
? High standard in business ethics, integrity and honest
? Technology degree preferred, business degree a plus
? Proven communication skill in a multinational organization
? Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
? Must be able to travel extensively in Asian region and inland China
? Good at Mandarin and English, Korean a strong plus.
