Main Responsibilities:

- Support design engineer in assessing customer test requirements

- Analyse the design, define verification tests and simulations, including reliability verification, support D-FMEA activities

- Perform test and simulation planning (timing and costs) for prototypes and series

- Develop test concepts and specifications

- Plan and design test equipment, coordinate production and approve test equipment, plan floor space

- Create control plan for prototypes, coordinate assembly and check prototypes accordingly

- Perform tests according to plan, document test results in test reports

- Evaluate test results against functional, quality and reliability requirements

- Support creation of series documentation (product specification, test instruction)

- Support analysis of claims

- Instruct supporting personnel

- Bachelor/master degree in engineering related discipline

- 3-5 years vehicle/mechanical part testing experience

- Strong hands on skill

- Quick learning

- MS-office

- Data analysis

- RCCA

- Good communication skill

- Team player

- Local language & English
