Responsibilities职责：

1.Workshop Problem Solving

1.1 quick response to 0-km issues and immediate action

- evaluate & describe situation and take immediate action to satisfy customer, quick information to LSCNJ for support, arrange & monitor sorting action if needed, drive a truck and evaluate potential claims from assembly line test

1.2 monitor and advice handling of steering gears at customer site

- storage, transportation, handling with care etc. etc.

1.3 monitor qualified assembly process of steering gears / pumps

- establish & monitor working instruction for assembly process

1.4 train assembly worker of OEM’s

1.5 inform about changes at truck specification and/ or assembly process

- changes of kinematic, components etc. etc.

1.6 inform about products used from competitors

1.7 in general attend quality - / projects meetings at OEM to get information

2. Relationship management

2.1 support regarding production plan and forecast based on actual situation at OEM

2.2 Interface to QS department at OEM site to get “real and complete” quality data

2.3 establish connection to finance department to get payment on time (reduce overdue)

3. R&D Interface

3.1 get early information regarding new projects (Trucks, Platform etc.) to bring LSCNJ into a position to develop / advice the right product.

3.2 support to solve design / application failure in an early stage (with support of LSCNJ!)

3.3 to be the development partner between OEM and LSCNJ (steering gear & pump)

4. After Market

4.1 monitor and confirm warranty cost deduction

4.2 support for timely failure part return

4.3 check claim report from service station on internet and summarize data

4.4 train after market organization of OEM to reduce misjudge of failure evaluation

4.5 in general attend quality - / projects meetings at OEM to get information

Qualification Required任职资格要求：

1.Bachel degree of mechanical engineering or related technical discipline or above.

机械或相关专业本科以上学历。

2.know basic quality management knowledge.

了解基本质量管理的知识。

3.better understanding of quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO/TS16949),and drawing.

理解质量标准(ISO9001:2000, ISO/TS16949:2002), 能够看懂图纸。

4.5 years working experience and 3 years related working experience in Europe or America company in auto industry at least. and 1year working experience on after sales service.

5年以上工作经验，3年以上欧美汽车行业相关工作经验，至少1年以上售后服务工作经验。

5.Good communication skill, good command of English and Mandarin both in writing and speaking. Good at team work and strong team driver for process and system improvement.

善于沟通，精通英语和普通话，擅长团队合作。

6.Hold positive and flexible attitude whenever facing quality problem and/or abnormal issue, and take nessesary and reasonable actions to facilitate solutions base on enterprise interest.
出现质量问题或异常状况时能够基于公司的利益以积极灵活的态度应对，并采取必要的合理的行动以促进问题的解决。
