主要工作内容：
1.与供应商开发团队就新产品、新供应商的寻找、资料收集及开发工作保持良好的沟通与交流。
keep good communication with supplier development team in the field of new product/new supplier select, information collection and development .　
2. 协助对新供应商整体状况（产能、设备、交期、技术、品质等）的评估及认证，跟进每一阶段的进度状况。
To assist assess the new supplier overall condition (including product capacity, equipment, technology, delivery, quality) evaluation and certification,follow up every stage of the process.
3. 协助项目管理经理及技术部门、品质部门对供应商进行审核和项目进度的关键里程碑跟进。
To assist project manager and technical department, quality department to audit supplier and track on project key milestones.
4. 协调供应商与我公司QA，SQE部门的合作,确保供应商开发和产品开发达到预期目标等.
Coordinate suppliers and our company’s QA/SQE department cooperation to ensure supplier boarding successfully and product launch successfully
5. 下模具订单和跟进进度和交期。
place the tooling order and follow up PO confirmation and delivery confirmation.

Key Qualifications 关键任职资格
1. Bachelor degree preferably in business or related field with 2+ years' experience within supply chain and/or PMC and/or new product development and or new supplier development; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Strong analytical skills including the ability to develop and update large Microsoft Excel documents.
3. Experience in managing many parts amongst multiple projects and related tasks while successfully achieving deadlines is a must.
4. Ability to quickly learn and work within a variety of computer systems.
5. Good English communication skill by using English as a working language.
6. Ability to quickly learn and work within a variety of computer systems and with a multi-culture team.
7. Strong attention to detail, deadlines and holding self and others accountable.
8. Good communication and influencing skills
9. Able to work under pressure, can be suitable for frequent bussiness trip.
