高级花艺师/生产经理 负责销售花艺作品与其工作点日常活动 -制作员工工作表，监督所有产品的生产，为日常的工作和特殊活动订购花材等等。同时按照赛思田的风格理念，帮客户设计和制定高水平的花艺作品与团队合作确保高端花艺作品的全体水平确保制作流程顺畅。

学历要求：
高中以上

工作经验：
五年以上的花艺工作和管理员工的经验，特别学习过现代欧式花艺

技能和能力：

良好的管理和协调能力
团队建设的能力

注重细节
有求知欲和好奇心
有责任感
有设计能力
独立工作能力
良好交流技巧
销售技巧
熟练运用办公软件(word, excel, outlook)

Education:

More than 5 years working experience in floral business, knowledge of modern and European style is necessary.
