监督员工工作质量和效率
制作员工工作表
组织生产完成公司目标
确保员工遵循公司规章制度
逐个评价员工表现并汇报
确保员工参加培训并贯彻执行

要求

良好的管理和协调能力
良好的观察和解决问题的能力
工作中有自我管理能力
良好的理解和贯彻公司政策方针和规范的能力
团队建设的能力
熟练运用办公软件(word, excel, outlook)
良好的口头和书面英语表达能力
良好处理人际关系和沟通的能力

Operation executive

The main tasks are

Represent company on the production site
Monitor production/delivery/pickup of all arrangements.
Monitor staff work for quality and efficiency
Make staff schedule
Organize work to meet company targets
Ensure staff follow company guidelines and procedures
Organize individual staff evaluation & report
Ensure staff attend the scheduled training & follow-up

Requirements :

Good management & coordination skills
Good ability at observation, problem solving
Have autonomy in work
Good understanding & following-up of company policy & process
Team builder
Proficiency in using MS Office applications (word, excel, outlook)
Good command of spoken and written English
Good interpersonal & communication skills
