Responsibility:

· Provide guidelines and instructions to junior staff and resolve complicated problems

· Allocate resources to perform accounting duties. Ensure tasks are completed within a defined timeframe

· Ensure the accounting records are timely and accurate (e.g. review book entries performed by subordinates)

· Produce local management reports, budgets & forecast

· Assist in implementation of internal control system for local operations

· Handle tax planning & ad hoc assignments

Knowledge:

· With a degree in Accounting or Finance

· Qualified Accountant with 5 years accounting and/or audit experience gained from the Top 3 accounting firms, 2 years of which assuming a supervisory role

· Working knowledge on local accounting standard & taxation system, with hands-on experience in implementing internal accounting control

· Handles routine accounting problems
