Job Respobsibilities:

1. Develop Kitchen or bath category product strategy and new product plan for China market.

2. Align with global and international product strategy and roadmap.

3. Align with Kitchen or bath category product management.

4. Collect and analyze competitors' product information on a regular basis.

5. Prepare business analysis of proposed new products for Kitchen or bath category.

6. Pricing and launch of Kitchen or bath category new products.

7. Innitiatie and track national sales promotions.

8. Manage product assortment for different channels.

9. Support marketing communications and trade marketing team on advertising and promotion programs.

10.Support product knowledge training and seminars.

Key Requirements:

- Over 5 years national marketing experiences with 4 years at product marketing position, with proven performance.

- Initiative and strong ownership.

- Fluent speaking and written English.

- Strong coordination and cross-functional cooperation.

- Good presenting skills with presentable personality.

- Strong marketing sense, insight of comsumer behavior and attitude.

- Knowledge/experience of sanitaryware market and industry is preferable.
