Responsibility

1. Ensure general office conditions i.e., power outlets, ventilation including the Office security system are functioning well and that periodic, thorough maintenance is conducted by Contractors
2. Handle printing-related requests, in/out fax and stationery purchases (distribution & inventory monitoring)
3. Coordinate local/overseas courier service requests as well as for off site assignments
4. Handle hotline inquiries and other administration-related tasks that may be assigned by immediate supervisor for time to time
5. In the absence of the Receptionist, act as the back up

Knowledge
1. Secondary education
2. With at least 2-3 years experience performing office administration job
