AIF Sales Supervisor

Job description

-To build up AIF sales team in the assigned region.

-To define and optimize continuously the number and geographical spread of AIF sales force.

-Interpretation & implementation of company’s policy truly and quickly to AIF sales people.

-To train, coach and boost sales people’s competence in both technical and commercial aspects.

-Responsible for account receivables in compliance with company credit policy.

-To be responsible for the AIF sales of authorized dealers’ management.

-To work partnership with aftermarket service team to improve the productivity by offering total solution to the key account.

Experience requirements

More than 5 years’ experience in technical or sales field, of which 3-4 years’ experience in compressor industry.
Technical or business education background
Strong business sense
Dealer management experience or resource will be preferred

Knowledge

Good English communication skill.
Good computer skills including Microsoft skills and Lotus Notes.

Educational requirements

University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent.

Personality requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skill, good teamwork spirit, self-motive, goal-oriented and energetic.
